Final draft of the South Baltic Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 approved by the Joint Programming Committee

Representing Poland, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Lithuania as well as the Euroregions Baltic and Pomerania, the Joint Programming Committee of the South Baltic Programme 2014-2020 approved the final draft of the Cooperation Programme (CP) at their 8th meeting on 14-15 October 2014 in Gdańsk. As agreed by the representatives of the participating Member States, the national governmental approval processes shall be held in the upcoming weeks, followed by an official submission of the CP to the European Commission by the end of this year.

Driven by the overall objective “to increase the blue and green growth potential of the South Baltic area through cross-border cooperation”, the latest version of the draft CP as well as first information on the upcoming consultation possibilities for project ideas will shortly be made available on the Programme website.
